With so many challenges facing the cities, I’m so inspired by what’s been taking place in Cincinnati this year. Through the incredible work of the University of Cincinnati and CincyTech, opportunities have been created for Cincinnati-area college students to gain valuable, paid, professional experiences with Cincinnati companies and nonprofits.

As I shared in my LinkedIn post, the lessons learned in Cincinnati can be applied within every community to retain top talent AND top companies, and done in a way that is authentic, sustainable, and cost-effective. And if you want to hear directly from those involved, please join us on Oct 22 for Micro-Internships in Cincinnati during which the three panelists will share how they are leading the way in creating positive social and business impact.
